Dr. Christopher J. Garofalo, originally from New York, has called New Jersey home since he was 12 years old. He was raised in Middletown, NJ, attending Middletown High School South, prior to studying Biology and Psychology at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. At Rutgers, Dr. Chris graduated with the highest honors, Summa Cum Laude, and was subsequently selected to attending the College of Dental Medicine at Columbia University, one of the top-ranked universities in the world and one of only three Ivy League Institutions with a Dental Program. During his years at Columbia, Dr. Chris remained involved within several organizations and graduated with multiple awards and distinctions upon being awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Degree.
Dr. Chris later completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, where he comprehensively treated a diverse patient population using a multi-disciplinary approach. He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), and Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
Dr. Chris understands each patient has a unique smile and thus seeks to provide individualized treatment to assist patients in achieving their goals. His ultimate objective is to improve the quality of life for his patients while maintaining a relaxed environment and level of trust to deliver care at the highest level.
Dr. Chris is a big sports fan, closely following teams such as the Yankees, Giants, Rangers, and Scarlet Knights. In his free time you may find him at a sporting event supporting these teams, at the beach, reading, or spending time with his family.
